Capacitación y formación en servicio de docentes en el nivel primario de instituciones públicas urbanas en lima provincias según la Encuesta Nacional de Docentes 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar las características que ha presentado la capacitación y formación en servicio según la opinión de los docentes del nivel primario en instituciones públicas de zonas urbanas de Lima provincias registradas en la ENDO 2018. Cuenta con cuatro objetivos específicos que pretenden identificar las características de cada una de las cuatro dimensiones planteadas: Participación en los programas o estrategias formativas, la capacitación docente, el acompañamiento pedagógico y los intereses formativos según la opinión de los docentes de zonas urbanas de instituciones públicas en el nivel primario de Lima provincias registradas en la ENDO 2018. Es importante resaltar, que el aporte de este trabajo va a permitir que se realicen posteriores investigaciones. En cuanto a la metodología, es una investigación con un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo de estudio simple, con un diseño no experimental – transversal. También, en cuanto al plan de recojo y análisis de datos, se tiene como finalidad la obtención de información detallada, se trabaja con los resultados de la encuesta ENDO del año 2018, seleccionando algunas preguntas del eje 600. Para el análisis de datos se usa un programa estadístico, así como el Microsoft Office Excel para presentar los resultados mediante tablas y/o gráficos. Finalmente, se concluye en base del objetivo general de la investigación, que según la opinión de los docentes de instituciones educativas públicas de las zonas urbanas de Lima provincias, respecto a la capacitación y formación en servicio, las características que estas presentan son que aquellas a las que asistieron con mayor frecuencia fueron las ofrecidas por la misma institución educativa y la UGEL; asimismo, estas instituciones fueron las que financiaron las capacitaciones para la formación de los maestros. También, según las opiniones los docentes, consideraron “útil” el acompañamiento pedagógico; sin embargo, no han recibido muchas visitas pedagógicas. En lo que compete a los intereses formativos, los maestros mostraron interés por recibir capacitaciones sobre herramientas/estrategias metodológicas para la enseñanza y planificación de procesos considerando necesidades de aprendizaje. También, como parte de su progreso académico profesional en los próximos 5 años, consideran como interés el estudiar una maestría o doctorado.

The general objective of this research is to determine the characteristics that training and in-service training has presented according to the opinion of primary level teachers in public institutions in urban areas of Lima provinces registered in the ENDO 2018. It has four specific objectives that seek to identify the characteristics of each of the four dimensions proposed: Participation in training programs or strategies, teacher training, pedagogical support and training interests according to the opinion of teachers from urban areas of public and private institutions at the educational level. of Lima provinces registered in the ENDO 2018. It is important to highlight that the contribution of this work will allow further research to be carried out. Regarding the methodology, it is a research with a quantitative approach of a simple study type, with a non-experimental - cross-sectional design. Also, regarding the data collection and analysis plan, the purpose is to obtain detailed information, working with the results of the ENDO survey of the year 2018, selecting some questions from axis 600. For data analysis, it is used a statistical program, as well as Microsoft Office Excel to present the results through tables and/or graphs. Finally, it is concluded based on the general objective of the research, that according to the opinion of the teachers of public educational institutions of the urban areas of Lima provinces, regarding training and in-service training, the characteristics that these present is that those that they attended most frequently were those offered by the same educational institution and the UGEL; likewise, these institutions were the ones that financed such training for the training of teachers. Also, according to their opinions, the teachers considered the pedagogical accompaniment "useful"; however, they have not received many educational visits. Regarding training interests, teachers showed interest in receiving training on methodological tools/strategies for teaching and process planning considering learning needs. Also, as part of their professional academic progress in the next 5 years, they consider studying a master's or doctorate as an interest.
