Validación de un registro de atención de enfermería en cuidados intensivos del H.A.S.S. 2021

Abstract

Los registros de enfermería son una fuente esencial de información sobre la situación del paciente, denotan una responsabilidad profesional, legal y la garantía de la eficiencia en la práctica enfermera1. Estos registros deben aplicar el método científico, conocido como metodología del proceso de atención de enfermería, el cual tiene un lenguaje propio, un lenguaje enfermero estandarizado que permite unificar tanto los diagnósticos como las intervenciones y objetivos de enfermería. El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo determinar la validez del registro de atención de enfermería para el servicio de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Alberto Sabogal Sologuren; dicho registro fue elaborado previamente por el personal del área y se utilizaron las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC. Este estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, la muestra está constituida por 15 enfermeros quienes serán los expertos que determinarán la validez del registro. La técnica de recolección de datos será a través de encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario elaborado por la investigadora que consta de 4 dimensiones: estructura, valoración por patrones funciones según Maryory Gordón, plan de cuidado que incluye diagnósticos de enfermería según NANDA, criterios NOC, intervenciones NIC y evaluación por NOC. El resultado del juicio de expertos será evaluado mediante el estadístico de V Aiken donde un valor de significancia estadística inferior a 0.05 será evidencia de validez del registro.

Nursing records are an essential source of information about the patient's situation, they denote a professional and legal responsibility and the guarantee of efficiency in nursing practice1. These records must apply the scientific method, known as the nursing care process methodology, which has its own language, a standardized nursing language that allows unifying both diagnoses and nursing interventions and objectives. The objective of this project is to determine the validity of the nursing care record for the intensive care service of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital; said record was previously prepared by the area staff and the taxonomies NANDA, NIC and NOC were used. This study has a quantitative approach, not experimental, the sample is made up of 15 nurses who will be the experts who will determine the validity of the registry. The data collection technique will be through a survey and the instrument a questionnaire prepared by the researcher that consists of 4 dimensions: structure, evaluation by function patterns according to Maryory Gordón, care plan that includes nursing diagnoses according to NANDA, NOC criteria, NIC interventions and evaluation by NOC. The result of the expert judgment will be evaluated using the V Aiken statistic where a value of statistical significance lower than 0.05 will be evidence of validity of the record.
