Las prácticas docentes en el nivel de educación inicial en la región Ancash desde los resultados de la ENDO 2018

Abstract

La investigación titulada “LAS PRÁCTICAS DOCENTES EN EL NIVEL DE EDUCACIÓN INICIAL EN LA REGIÓN ANCASH DESDE LOS RESULTADOS DE LA ENDO 2018” tuvo como objetivo general describir las práctica pedagógicas de docentes de Educación Inicial de escuelas públicas de Ancash en los aspectos de: 1) quiénes proveen los recursos para la labor pedagógica, 2) los factores internos y externos que influyen en las prácticas 3) la frecuencia con que realizan actividades tales como, planificar, sistematizar, reflexionar y registrar evidencias; y por último, 4) describir el nivel de dificultad que perciben en su quehacer docente. Esta investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño descriptivo. La información fue extraída de la sección Prácticas docentes de la Encuesta Nacional Docente 2018 (ENDO 2018). La muestra estuvo conformada por las respuestas de 110 Docentes de Inicial. Los resultados son: 1) El 53.6% de docentes indicó que la Asociación de Padres de Familia (APAFA) suministró los materiales para su labor pedagógica, seguida por el 41.8% que señaló que ellos mismos proveen sus recursos. 2) Entre los factores internos que influyen en la práctica pedagógica destaca el Buen Clima laboral en la I.E. (39.1%). Entre los factores externos, obtiene un 80% los Materiales educativos. 3) Un 40% de los docentes señalaron que la actividad que realizan Siempre es Registrar evidencias; mientras que, el 50% señaló que Casi siempre Sistematizan su práctica. 4) En las actividades vinculadas al quehacer destaca como Fácil (73.6%) el Promover la convivencia democrática y manejar los conflictos en el aula.

The research titled "TEACHING PRACTICES IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AT THE ANCASH REGION BASED ON THE RESULTS OF ENDO 2018" aimed to describe the pedagogical practices of Early Childhood Education teachers in public schools in Ancash regarding: 1) who provides the resources for pedagogical work, 2) the internal and external factors influencing the practices, 3) the frequency of activities such as planning, systematizing, reflecting, and documenting evidence, and finally, 4) describing the perceived level of difficulty in their teaching tasks. This research had a quantitative approach and a descriptive design. The information was extracted from the Teaching Practices section of the National Teacher Survey 2018 (ENDO 2018). The sample consisted of responses from 110 Early Childhood Education teachers. The results are as follows: 1) 53.6% of teachers indicated that the Parents' Association (APAFA) provided materials for their pedagogical work, followed by 41.8% who stated that they provided their resources. 2) Among the internal factors influencing pedagogical practice, a good working atmosphere at the school (39.1%) stands out. Among external factors, educational materials scored 80%. 3) 40% of teachers mentioned that they always engage in documenting evidence, while 50% indicated that they almost always systematize their practice. 4) Regarding tasks related to their work, promoting democratic coexistence and managing conflicts in the classroom was perceived as Easy (73.6%).
