Validez del diseño del aplicativo CARe-HIV para el seguimiento y monitoreo del cumplimiento del tratamiento antirretroviral Lima – 2019

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la validez del diseño del Aplicativo CARe-HIV para realizar el seguimiento y monitoreo del tratamiento realizado por el profesional de enfermería a pacientes que reciben el Tratamiento Antirretroviral (TARV) en la Estrategia Sanitaria Nacional de Prevención y Control de ITS- VIH/SIDA del Hospital Cayetano Heredia Lima-Perú 2019. Material y métodos: Se realizó un estudio observacional, los sujetos de estudio están compuesto por un grupo focal de 8 enfermeras del programa TAR y 10 expertos, 7 enfermeros (as) expertos en VIH y TAR, 3 profesionales expertos en informática médica o salud. Para la recolección de datos se utilizaron 2 guías para el grupo focal y un instrumento de validación para grupo de expertos, para la presentación de resultados para el grupo focal se utilizó consensos de acuerdos y no acuerdos, para el juicio de expertos, los resultados fueron tabulados y se evaluó índice de acuerdos (IA), se aplicó la prueba binomial y el coeficiente V de Aiken. Resultados Se encontró que el diseño del app CAReHIV en sus 4 dimensiones de paciente nuevo y paciente continuador es válido con un índice de acuerdo y coeficiente V de Aiken (> 0.08) y un coeficiente P (-< 0.05) en cada uno de sus ítems; y una prueba binomial (<0.1). Conclusiones: El diseño del aplicativo tiene validez de contenido, interfaz gráfica, potencial de usabilidad, seguridad de información, potencial de conectividad y accesibilidad al aplicativo, lo que permitirá mejorar el monitoreo y seguimiento que realiza el personal de enfermería a pacientes con TAR.

Objective: To determine the validity of the design of the CAre-HIV Application to carry out the follow-up and monitoring of the treatment carried out by the nursing professional for patients receiving Antiretroviral Treatment (ART) in the National Health Strategy for the Prevention and Control of STIs-HIV/ AIDS at Hospital Cayetano Heredia Lima-Peru 2019. Material and methods: An observational study was carried out, the study subjects are made up of a focus group of 8 nurses from the ART program and 10 experts, 7 nurses experts in HIV and ART, 3 expert professionals in medical or health informatics. For data collection, 2 guides were used for the focus group and a validation instrument for a group of experts, for the presentation of results for the focus group consensus of agreements and non-agreements was used, for expert judgment, the results were tabulated and the agreement index (AI) was evaluated, the binomial test and Aiken's V coefficient were applied. Results It was found that the design of the CAReHIV app in its 4 dimensions of new patient and continuing patient is valid with an agreement index and Aiken's V coefficient (> 0.08) and a P coefficient (-< 0.05) in each of its items. ; and a binomial test (<0.1). Conclusions: The design of the application has validity of content, graphical interface, usability potential, information security, connectivity potential and accessibility to the application, which will improve the monitoring and follow-up carried out by nursing staff on ART patients.
