Nivel de conocimiento de enfermería sobre la atención de víctimas en masa en la Emergencia del Hospital María Auxiliadora

Abstract

El proyecto de investigación titulado “Nivel de conocimiento de enfermería sobre la atención de emergencia de víctimas en masa del Hospital María Auxiliadora Lima”, se desarrollará durante el mes de Marzo del 2022; se realizará en las diversas áreas de emergencias como son las observaciones tanto varón como mujer, Unidad de Cuidados Especiales (UCE), Shock trauma, y tópicos del Hospital María Auxiliadora con el objetivo de “Determinar el nivel de conocimiento del personal de enfermería sobre la atención de emergencia de víctimas en masa del Hospital María Auxiliadora – Lima, 2022”según las dimensiones: Triage, Tratamiento y Evacuación. La metodología que se aplicará en la investigación será de tipo cuantitativa, descriptiva que permitirá medir y cuantificar variables para obtener una realidad objetiva, de corte transversal. La población estará conformada por 32 enfermeros especialistas, a los cuales se les aplicará criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Una vez utilizado el instrumento y obtenida la información requerida del personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia, se digitaliza previamente en la hoja de trabajo de Microsoft Excel 2016, al mismo tiempo se toma en cuenta la distribución de frecuencia, el promedio y el porcentaje se utilizarán para los informes de variables, a través del programa STATA v.14.0. Teniendo en cuenta la pandemia provocada por el virus Covid 19, las entrevistas se aplicarán a cada participante a través de la plataforma ZOOM, las respuestas obtenidas a los cuestionarios aplicado a los profesionales, se obtendrán de forma virtual como medida principal de bioseguridad y el distanciamiento social.
