Efectividad de la intervención educativa de enfermería en el conocimiento sobre anemia, en pacientes con terapia de hemodiálisis, en la Clínica de Hz

Abstract

En los últimos años, nos damos cuenta que los casos de Anemia en terapia de hemodiálisis han aumentado; representando el 90 %, por ello da la importancia de realizar una intervención educativa por parte de enfermería como pilar fundamental en la educación con el Objetivo: Determinar la efectividad de la intervención educativa de enfermería en el conocimiento sobre anemia, en pacientes con terapia de hemodiálisis, en la Clínica de Hz; la Metodología de estudio es de tipo cuantitativo, descriptiva y de corte transversal, cuenta con una población de estudio formada por 45 pacientes que acuden a su terapia de hemodiálisis en la secuencia (martes, jueves y sábado), para la recolección de datos se utilizará un instrumento adaptado con el cuestionario de las investigadoras Espinoza Martínez, Bettsy y Ucañán Flores, Sandra; el instrumento será validado por juicios de expertos y la confiabilidad se realizará por medio del alfa de Cronbach; para el recojo de datos de la información se subdividirá en 3 momentos; en el primero se tomara el pre test, luego se procederá con la intervención educativa de enfermería en 01 sesión y por último se realizará una evaluación final mediante un post test, una vez obtenida la información del pre y post intervención educativa serán analizados y procesados por intermedio del programa estadístico SPSS y la contrastación de los resultados se realizara a través de la prueba de T de Student para su respectiva comparación significativa.

In recent years, we realize that the cases of Anemia in hemodialysis therapy have increased; representing 90%, for this reason it gives the importance of carrying out an educational intervention by nursing as a fundamental pillar in education with the Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the nursing educational intervention in the knowledge about anemia, in patients with hemodialysis therapy , at the Hz Clinic; The study methodology is quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional, it has a study population made up of 45 patients who attend their hemodialysis therapy in the sequence (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), an instrument adapted with the questionnaire of the researchers Espinoza Martínez, Bettsy and Ucañán Flores, Sandra will be used for data collection; the instrument will be validated by expert judgments and the reliability will be carried out through Cronbach's alpha; For data collection, the information will be subdivided into 3 moments; In the first, the pre-test will be taken, then the nursing educational intervention will be carried out in 01 session and finally a final evaluation will be carried out through a post-test, once the information of the pre and post educational intervention has been obtained, they will be analyzed and processed by intermediate of the statistical program SPSS and the contrasting of the results will be carried out through the Student's T test for its respective significant comparison.
