Nivel de bienestar espiritual de los pacientes hemodializados en una clínica privada, Chiclayo-2019

Abstract

Ante la incertidumbre del desenlace que genera una enfermedad crónica terminal, el hombre busca una fuente de energía que mantengan sus emociones, sueños, anhelos y todo aquello significativo que le impulsa a seguir viviendo. Las investigaciones sugieren que los niveles más altos de espiritualidad y religiosidad se asocian con menor depresión y una satisfacción mayor con el tratamiento del nefrólogo y la vida. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de bienestar espiritual del paciente sometido a hemodiálisis en una clínica privada. Investigación básica cuantitativa, descriptivo, no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra estará conformada por 50 pacientes que cumplan con los criterios de selección. Se utilizará como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento la Escala de Perspectiva Espiritual. Los datos serán codificados y digitados en el programa Microsoft Excel y serán presentados en tablas, cuadros y gráficos. La ejecución del estudio será teniendo en cuenta los criterios del rigor científico y principios éticos.

Faced with the uncertainty of the outcome generated by a terminal chronic illness, man looks for a source of energy that sustains his emotions, dreams, desires and everything significant that drives him to continue living. Research suggests that higher levels of spirituality and religiosity are associated with less depression and greater satisfaction with nephrologist treatment and life. The present study aims to determine the level of spiritual well-being of the patient undergoing hemodialysis in a private clinic. Basic quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental cross-sectional research. The sample will be made up of 50 patients who meet the selection criteria. The survey will be used as a technique and the Spiritual Perspective Scale as an instrument. The data will be coded and entered in the Microsoft Excel program and will be presented in tables, charts and graphs. The execution of the study will be taking into account the criteria of scientific rigor and ethical principles.
