Intervenciones de enfermería orientadas a la prevención de complicaciones inmediatas en pacientes con trasplante renal

Abstract

Objetivos: Identificar las intervenciones de enfermería orientadas a la prevención de complicaciones inmediatas en pacientes con trasplante renal. Material y Métodos: Se desarrolló un estudio de revisión bibliográfica, descriptiva donde se recopila artículos científicos con 5 años de antigüedad, hallados en las siguientes bases de datos; Pubmed, Scielo, Brieflands y Google académico. Resultados: Tras la búsqueda bibliográfica inicial se halló un total de 39 artículos, posterior a ello se aplicó los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, así como la revisión del título y también textos completos, donde se incluyeron un total de 24 artículos de revistas científicas indexadas. Conclusiones: El personal de enfermería desempeña un papel muy importante en la prevención de complicaciones inmediatas en pacientes con trasplante renal, como el control y vigilancia estricta de administración de inmunosupresores y balance hídrico estricto. De tal manera también se identificaron estrategias efectivas para establecer una conexión entre la enfermera y el paciente, ayudando a prevenir las complicaciones asociadas a los pacientes con trasplante renal, estas estrategias incluyen la atención primaria de salud, la educación, las teleconsultas y el seguimiento de los pacientes receptores renales que no pueden tener una atención cercana por el equipo de enfermería.

Material and Methods: A descriptive bibliographic review study was developed where scientific articles with 5 years of antiquity are collected, found in the following databases; Pubmed, Scielo, Brieflands and Google Scholar. Results: After the initial bibliographic search, a total of 39 articles were found, after which the inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied, as well as the review of the title and also full texts, where a total of 24 articles from indexed scientific journals were included. Conclusions: The nursing staff plays a very important role in the prevention of immediate complications in patients with kidney transplants, such as strict monitoring and control of the administration of immunosuppressants and strict fluid balance. In this way, effective strategies were also identified to establish a connection between the nurse and the patient, helping to prevent the complications associated with patients with kidney transplants, these strategies include primary health care, education, teleconsultations and the monitoring of renal recipient patients who cannot have close care by the nursing team.
