Efectos de un modelo organizacional en la actitud emprendedora de un grupo de microempresarios

Abstract

El estudio tuvo como propósito destacar la importancia de utilizar un modelo organizacional en la actitud emprendedora de un grupo de microempresarios, para lo cual se utilizó el modelo organizacional denominado Modelo Antropológico u Octógono y para evaluar la actitud emprendedora se usó el Inventario de Creatividad y Emprendimiento (Loli, 2008), que tiene una confiabilidad de la prueba de .952. Los niveles del Octógono que sirvieron para capacitar a los microempresarios fueron: el Estratégico, el Administrativo y el de Liderazgo, mientras que las dimensiones de la actitud medidas a través del Inventario fueron: Creatividad e Iniciativa, Perseverancia, Propensión al Riesgo, Liderazgo e Independencia y Autonomía. El diseño fue cuasiexperimental de series temporales con medidas repetidas y los participantes del estudio fueron treinta microempresarios ubicados en Lima Este, zona donde se han establecido migrantes del interior del país y que han desarrollado actividades económicas desde la creación de microempresas. Los resultados, utilizando la prueba W de Wilcoxon, mostraron que el modelo propuesto produce un cambio estadísticamente significativo en la actitud emprendedora de los microempresarios, encontrándose un destacable crecimiento en las dimensiones de actitud consideradas.

The study had the purpose of pointing out the importance of using an organizational model in the enterprising attitude of one group of microentrepreneurs, for which the organizational model called the Anthropological Model or Octagon was used and to evaluate the enterprising attitude, the Inventory of Creativity and Entrepreneurship was used (Loli, 2008), which has a test reliability of .952. Octagon levels that served to train microentrepreneurs were: Strategic, Administrative and Leadership, while the dimensions of attitude measured through the Inventory were: Creativity and Initiative, Perseverance, Propensity to Risk, Leadership and Independence and Autonomy. The design was quasi-experimental of time series with repeated measures and the participants of the study were thirty microentrepreneurs located in East Lima, an area where migrants from the interior of the country have been established and who have developed economic activities since the creation of microenterprises. The results, using the W test of Wilcoxon, showed that the proposed model produces a statistically significant change in the enterprising attitude of the microentrepreneurs, finding a remarkable growth in the dimensions of attitude considered.
