Nivel de riesgo de lesión por presión en prematuros de UCIN, en Lima, 2023

Abstract

Introducción: La piel de un recién nacido prematuro puede presentar alteración en su función de protección; donde la edad gestacional determina la inmadurez del órgano. Por ello, es de suma importancia brindar un cuidado integral donde se pueda identificar de forma oportuna posibles riesgos de lesiones sobre la epidermis de los pequeños pacientes. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de riesgo de lesión por presión en prematuros de UCIN, en un hospital de Lima 2023. Material y método: El estudio es cuantitativo, el diseño observacional transversal-descriptivo. La población estará conformada por 30 neonatos prematuros del Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz. El instrumento a utilizar será la escala e NSRAS. Plan de análisis: La información se codificará en Microsoft Excel 2016 y el SPSS versión 26, posteriormente se presentarán en gráficos de barras simples y compuestas.

Introduction: The skin of a premature newborn may present an alteration in its protective function; where gestational age determines the immaturity of the organ. This results in providing comprehensive care where possible risks of injuries to the epidermis of little patients can be identified in a timely manner. Objective: determine the risk's level of pressure injury in premature infants in the NICU, in a hospital in Lima 2023. Material and method: Quantitative approach, cross-sectional-descriptive observational design. The population will be 30 premature neonates from the Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz Hospital. The instrument to be used will be the e NSRAS Scale. Analysis plan: The information will be coded in Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS version 26, later it will be presented in simple and compound bar graphs.
