Cuidados de enfermería al paciente de emergencia aplicando la teoría de Watson según la relación de ayuda y confianza

Abstract

Antecedentes: El principio fundamental referida por Watson es el cuidado humanizado que enfermeria lo practica mediante una relación de ayuda, confianza y empatía entre el personal de enfermeria y el paciente siendo el principal accionar el bienestar biopsicosocial y espiritual del paciente. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de cuidado humanizado de ayuda - confianza que otorga la enfermera al paciente de emergencia en base a la teoría de Jean Watson. Material y Métodos: Estudio de tipo documental, cuya búsqueda se realizó en Google Académico, EBSCO, SCOPUS y RENATI, analizándose 20 investigaciones desarrolladas entre los años 2016 y 2021. Resultados: De las 20 investigaciones analizadas (100%), el 65% pertenece al buscador Google Académico, 25% a RENATI, 5% a SCOPUS y 5% a EBSCO. El 20% fueron publicadas en el 2016, 20% en el 2017, 10% en el 2018, 40% en el 2019, 10% en el 2020 y 0% en el 2021. Por otro lado, la mayoría de las investigaciones reportaron que la (el) enfermera (o) otorga un nivel de cuidado humanizado de ayuda – confianza (teoría de Watson) preponderantemente bueno (53.9%), expresado en los resultados favorables de cada una de sus dimensiones. Conclusiones: La mayoría de las investigaciones mostraron que el nivel de cuidado humanizado de ayuda – confianza que otorga la enfermera al paciente de emergencia en base a la teoría de Jean Watson fue preponderantemente bueno.

Background: The fundamental principle referred to by Watson is the humanized care that nursing practices through a relationship of help, trust and empathy between the nursing staff and the patient, the main driving force being the biopsychosocial and spiritual well-being of the patient. Objective: To determine the level of humanized care of help - trust that the nurse gives to the emergency patient based on the theory of Jean Watson. Material and Methods: Documentary-type study, whose search was carried out in Google Scholar, EBSCO, SCOPUS and RENATI, analyzing 20 investigations carried out between 2016 and 2021. Results: Of the 20 investigations analyzed (100%), 65% belong to the Google Scholar search engine, 25% to RENATI, 5% to SCOPUS and 5% to EBSCO. 20% were published in 2016, 20% in 2017, 10% in 2018, 40% in 2019, 10% in 2020 and 0% in 2021. On the other hand, most of the investigations reported that the nurse grants a level of humanized care of help - confidence (Watson's theory) preponderantly good (53.9%), expressed in the favorable results of each one of its dimensions. Conclusions: Most of the investigations showed that the level of humanized care of help - confidence that the nurse gives to the emergency patient based on the theory of Jean Watson was preponderantly good.
