Factores relacionados al tiempo de permanencia del catéter central de inserción periférica en recién nacidos pretérminos en la UCIN de un hospital nacional en Lima

Abstract

Objetivo general: Determinar los factores relacionados al tiempo de permanencia del PICC del RNPT en la UCIN de un Hospital Nacional en Lima. Material y método: El estudio es de tipo cuantitativo, retrospectivo, correlacional y de corte transversal. La población estará conformada por 2 grupos: Primero por las 30 enfermeras que laboran en la UCIN. El segundo grupo son las Historias Clínicas de los RNPT atendidos en la UCIN durante el mes de junio N=108, que cumplan con los criterios de selección. La validez de los instrumentos se realizará mediante Juicio de Expertos integrado por 10 enfermeras especialistas en Cuidados Intensivos Neonatal. Para el análisis de la validez se aplicará la Prueba Binomial a resultado de juicio de expertos con un valor de significancia P< 0.05, será evidencia de validez del instrumento. La confiabilidad será a través de una prueba piloto con una muestra de 5 enfermeras y 15 Historias Clínicas, que cumplan con los criterios de selección, las cuales no formarán parte del estudio. Los resultados serán evaluados mediante el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach de α =>0.7. Los datos se codificarán e ingresarán a una base de datos de Microsoft Excel 2016 y SPSS versión 26, para su posterior procesamiento, análisis e interpretación. Se elaborarán tablas de distribución de frecuencias absolutas y porcentuales de la variable, según las categorías de la escala. Y se finalizará con generalización de los resultados mediante inferencias y el uso de la prueba estadística de Chi cuadrado, con un valor de significancia P<0.05, para determinar la correlación de los factores con el tiempo de permanencia del PICC.

General objective: To determine the factors related to the length of stay of the PICC of the PTNB in the NICU of a National Hospital in Lima. Material and method: The study is quantitative, retrospective, correlational and cross-sectional. The population will be made up of 2 groups: First, by the 30 nurses who work in the NICU. The second group is the Clinical Records of the PTNIs treated in the NICU during the month of June N=108, who meet the selection criteria. The validity of the instruments will be carried out through Expert Judgment made up of 10 specialist nurses in Neonatal Intensive Care. For the validity analysis, the Binomial Test will be applied to the result of expert judgment with a significance value P<0.05, it will be evidence of validity of the instrument. The reliability will be through a pilot test with a sample of 5 nurses and 15 medical records, who meet the selection criteria, which will not be part of the study. The results will be evaluated using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of α =>0.7. The data will be coded and entered into a Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS version 26 database for further processing, analysis, and interpretation. Distribution tables of absolute and percentage frequencies of the variable will be prepared, according to the categories of the scale. And it will end with the generalization of the results through inferences and the use of the Chi square statistical test, with a significance value of P<0.05, to determine the correlation of the factors with the PICC residence time.
