Tipos y riesgos del posicionamiento del paciente en la etapa del intraoperatorio

Abstract

Objetivo: Identificar los tipos y riesgos del posicionamiento quirúrgico del paciente en la etapa del intraoperatorio. Metodología: Es una revisión bibliográfica de tipo documental ya que se obtuvo información de fuentes primarias y secundarias en un periodo de 2018 - 2022, de donde se recopiló, seleccionó, organizó y analizó la información. Se realizó la búsqueda de 150 artículos, organizados con las palabras claves según fuente DeCS, de los cuales se eligieron 50 artículos con la misma variable y se escogieron 30 tanto nacionales como internacionales de los buscadores: Pubmed, Google Académico, Science, Direct, Scielo, Research, Redalyc, Concytec y Sage Journals de acuerdo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La información se ordenó en Fichas de Resumen Analítico Especializado (RAE). Conclusiones: El posicionamiento en el intraoperatorio es de responsabilidad directa del profesional de enfermería compartida con el equipo quirúrgico, la cual consiste en conocer las diferentes necesidades de cada cirugía programada y organizar al equipo humano y material para garantizar el adecuado posicionamiento y la exposición del sitio operatorio para la ejecución adecuada de la cirugía por el cirujano y su equipo. Los riesgos de la cirugía asociada al posicionamiento están relacionada fundamentalmente a la presencia de hemorragias, complicaciones, desconocimiento de mediciones de riesgo, a diferentes reacciones del organismo cuando la posición no es la correcta.
