Efecto de un programa preventivo de recaída en la percepción de autoeficacia de mujeres drogodependientes de un hospital especializado

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo final determinar el efecto del programa de prevención de recaídas en la percepción de autoeficacia de mujeres drogodependientes de un hospital especializado, así como identificar el nivel de autoeficacia durante el programa preventivo de recaída en el mismo hospital. El nivel y tipo de investigación es cuantitativo, pre experimental, teniendo como muestra a 5 mujeres de un programa de seguimiento post internamiento breve de un hospital especializado cuyas edades oscilan entre 18 a 50 años y cumplen los criterios de inclusión de la investigación. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el cuestionario de confianza situacional DTCQ-8 de Annis y la escala de autopercepción general de Baessler y Schwarzer. Los resultados hallados muestran de manera general que hay efectos del programa de prevención de recaídas sobre la percepción de autoeficacia general. Estos resultados indican que existen diferencias significativas entre el promedio de las puntuaciones a favor de la post prueba (t=4.08; p<.05) En la Autoeficacia General se observa variaciones posteriores al programa; 20% en el nivel medio y 80% en el nivel alto. Antes del programa el 60% se ubicaba en nivel medio y el 40% en nivel alto. La percepción de autoeficacia alta corresponde a situaciones de momentos agradables con otros.

The final objective of this research is to determine the effect of the relapse prevention program on the perception of self-efficacy on drug-dependent women in a specialized hospital, as well as identifying the level of self-efficacy during the relapse prevention program in the same hospital. The level and type of research is quantitative, pre-experimental, having as a sample 5 women from a short-term post-admission follow-up program of a specialized hospital, whose ages range from 18 to 50 years and meet the inclusion criteria of the research. The instruments used were the Annis DTCQ-8 situational confidence questionnaire and the Baessler and Schwarzer general self-perception scale. The results found show, in a general way, that there are effects of the relapse prevention program on the perception of general self-efficacy. These results indicate that there are significant differences between the average of the scores in favor of the post-test (t = 4.08; p <.05) In General Self-efficacy, variations are observed after the program; 20% at the medium level and 80% at the high level. Before the program, 60% were at the intermediate level and 40% at the high level. The perception of high self-efficacy corresponds to situations of pleasant moments with others.
