Autocuidado y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes que reciben hemodiálisis

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre autocuidado y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes que reciben hemodiálisis en el Centro Nefrológico Tingo María, Lima, 2022. Diseño metodológico: Estudio descriptivo-correlacional, no experimental. La población estará constituida por 80 pacientes con tratamiento de hemodiálisis en Centro Nefrológico Tingo María durante el año 2022. Se trabajará con la población total. Técnicas e instrumentos: Se empleará la técnica de la encuesta y el cuestionario sobre Autocuidado y el cuestionario sobre Adherencia, dichos cuestionarios serán entregados de acuerdo al orden de llegada de los pacientes. Los datos recopilados serán analizados en el programa estadístico SPSS versión 26, donde se aplicará una prueba estadística que permitirá identificar el coeficiente de relación, así también se realizarán tablas y gráficos descriptivos para dar respuesta a los objetivos. Consideraciones éticas: Se reconocerán 4 principios éticos, primero, respeto a la persona, donde se reconocerá la autonomía y se le protegerá; segundo de beneficencia, donde se procurará el bienestar, tercero de no maleficencia, procurando no causar daño y cuarto de justicia, la investigación no se realizará por conveniencia ni discriminación hacia los participantes.

Objective: To determine the relationship between self-care and adherence to treatment in patients receiving hemodialysis at the Tingo María Nephrology Center, Lima, 2022. Methodological design: Descriptive-correlational study, not experimental. The collected data will be analyzed in the statistical program SPSS version 26, where a statistical test will be applied that will allow identifying the relationship coefficient, as well as descriptive tables and graphs will be made to respond to the objectives. Ethical considerations: 4 ethical principles will be recognized, first, respect for the person, where autonomy will be recognized and protected; second of charity, where well-being will be sought, third of non-maleficence, trying not to cause harm and fourth of justice, the investigation will not be carried out for convenience or discrimination towards the participants.
