Percepción del funcionamiento familiar asociado al consumo de alcohol en adolescentes mujeres en riesgo en un centro de salud en Ayacucho

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación pertenece al nivel básico, tipo no experimental, diseño descriptivo correlacional, cuyo objetivo es determinar si el funcionamiento familiar está asociado al consumo de alcohol en adolescentes mujeres en riesgo en un centro de salud en Ayacucho. Para este trabajo se utilizó los siguientes instrumentos: APGAR familiar, para evaluar la percepción del funcionamiento familiar, y el ISCA, Inventario Situacional de Consumo de Alcohol; los cuales se aplicaron a 20 adolescentes mujeres en riesgo que acuden a un centro de salud en Ayacucho, en cuyo resultado se encontró una correlación alta y positiva entre la dimensión emociones desagradables con el nivel de funcionalidad familiar, así mismo una correlación moderada y positiva entre la dimensión presión social con el nivel de funcionalidad familiar.

This research work belongs to the basic level, non-experimental type, correlational descriptive design, whose objective is to determine whether family functioning is associated with alcohol consumption in adolescent women at risk in a health center in Ayacucho. For this research the following instruments were used: Family APGAR, to assess the perception of family functioning, and the ISCA, Situational Inventory of Alcohol Consumption; both were applied to 20 adolescent women at risk who attend a health center in Ayacucho, in which result a high and positive correlation was found between the unpleasant emotions dimension with the level of family functionality, as well as a moderate and positive correlation between the social pressure dimension with the level of family functionality.
