Las relaciones interpersonales y la calidad del cuidado de la paciente sometida a cesárea de centro quirúrgico de un hospital nacional 2022

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación es de suma importancia debido a que las prácticas de buenas relaciones interpersonales se dan tanto en la profesión y la sociedad como un mejor servicio que se ofrece mediante una adecuada comunicación con los demás, obteniendo así mayor satisfacción al hacer uso de los estos servicios de salud, de esa manera en el ámbito de centro quirúrgico se fomente entornos laborales saludables, no solo para lograr la salud de los trabajadores, sino también para darle énfasis al valor de los comportamientos y acciones de la calidad del cuidado, ya que incide positivamente a la productividad, a la motivación laboral, al espíritu y satisfacción en el trabajo. Objetivo: Determinar las relaciones interpersonales y la calidad del cuidado de la paciente sometida a cesárea de centro quirúrgico del Hospital Santa María del Socorro, Ica-2023 Método: El estudio es de tipo cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, descriptivo de corte transversal y correlacional. Plan de análisis: Para el análisis estadístico se utilizará el programa Stata versión 14. En cuanto a la presentación incluye gráficos y barras, se utilizarán frecuencias, porcentajes, medidas de tendencias central y dispersión para el análisis de las variables cuantitativas. Para el resto, la significancia será menor o igual a 0.05 para el análisis inferencial mediante las pruebas de Anova, Chi cuadrado, t de Student, y Correlación de Spearman por tablas de contingencia.

This research work is of the utmost importance because the practices of good interpersonal relations occur both in the profession and in society as a better service that is offered through adequate communication with others, thus obtaining greater satisfaction when making use of the these health services, in this way, in the area of the surgical center, healthy work environments are promoted, not only to achieve the health of the workers, but also to emphasize the value of behaviors and actions of the quality of care, since It positively affects productivity, work motivation, spirit and job satisfaction. Objective: To determine the interpersonal relationships and the quality of care of the patient undergoing caesarean section at the surgical center of the Hospital Santa María del Socorro, Ica-2023 Method: The study is quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational design. Analysis plan: For the statistical analysis, the Stata version 14 program will be used. Regarding the presentation, it includes graphs and bars, frequencies, percentages, measures of central tendencies and dispersion will be used for the analysis of the quantitative variables. For the rest, the significance will be less than or equal to 0.05 for the inferential analysis using the Anova, Chi square, Student's t tests, and Spearman's correlation by contingency tables.
