Nivel de ansiedad y proceso de afrontamiento de los pacientes en periodo preoperatorio

Abstract

Objetivo: Describir la evidencia científica del nivel de ansiedad y proceso de afrontamiento de los pacientes en el periodo preoperatorio. Metodología: presenta una muestra de 30 artículos y un diseño no experimental, el enfoque fue descriptivo. Los datos se recogieron mediante la guía de análisis documental. Los resultados sugirieron que se ha podido comprobar que la ansiedad preoperatoria se observa actualmente de forma generalizada en las personas que van a someterse a operaciones quirúrgicas. Por lo tanto, se cree que el grado de ansiedad tiene que proporcionar un grado específico de dificultades para que el paciente se recupere rápidamente después de la cirugía. Como este tipo de ansiedad está vinculada al miedo.

Objective: To describe the scientific evidence of the level of anxiety and coping process of patients in the preoperative period.
