Abstract

Introducción: Los alambres usados en el tratamiento ortodoncia, son de suma importancia, porque es el material encargado de realizar el movimiento del diente, por ello la necesidad de conocer más sus características y como son usados dentro del tratamiento de ortodoncia; por tal motivo en el presente portafolio se desarrolló un silabo, se hizo un análisis crítico de la literatura y se propuso un proyecto de investigación para conocer las características de una nueva aleación. Desarrollo temático: En el presente portafolio se han elaborado 3 trabajos, un silabo, un análisis crítico de la literatura y un proyecto de investigación. Conclusiones: Con el desarrollo del silabo se conoce las características de los diferentes alambres en ortodoncia de una manera estructurada, con el análisis de la literatura vemos cuales son los métodos y técnicas que se emplea para el estudio de los alambres y con la realización del proyecto mostraremos que tan eficiente es un nuevo alambre comparando con otros que son usados de manera regular en el tratamiento de ortodoncia.

Introduction: The wires used in orthodontic treatment are of the utmost importance, because it is the material in charge of carrying out the movement of the tooth, therefore the need to know more about its characteristics and how they are used in orthodontic treatment; For this reason, in this portfolio a syllabus was developed, a critical analysis of the literature was made and a research project was proposed to know the characteristics of a new alloy. Thematic development: In this portfolio, 3 works have been prepared: a syllable, a critical analysis of the literature and a research project. Conclusions: With the development of the syllabus, the characteristics of the different orthodontic wires are known in a structured way, with the analysis of the literature we see what are the methods and techniques used for the study of the wires and with the completion of the project we will show how efficient a new wire is compared to others that are used regularly in orthodontic treatment.
