Práctica docente en las instituciones educativas urbanas del nivel inicial de Lima provincia según la encuesta-ENDO 2018

Abstract

Este trabajo de tesis se desarrolló a partir de las situaciones problemáticas que han tenido las prácticas docentes durante estos últimos tiempos, sobre todo, por la pandemia del Covid-19. En este contexto, se buscó determinar de qué manera se han llevado a cabo en las instituciones educativas urbanas del nivel inicial de Lima Provincia según la encuesta-Endo 2018. El tipo investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño descriptivo simple, de lo que resultó que las prácticas docentes variaron estadísticamente, acorde a la dimensión o la categoría desarrollada. Por último, se concluyó que estas prácticas han presentado mayores y menores logros en las diferentes dimensiones respectivas. Lo cual es necesario intervenir para tener un mejor desempeño docente y brindar una educación de calidad a los estudiantes.

This thesis work was developed on the basis of the problematic situations that teaching practices have had during recent times, especially by the Covid-19 pandemic. In this context, it was sought to determine how the teaching practice has been carried out in urban educational institutions of the initial level of Lima Province according to the survey-Endo 2018. The research type was Quantitative Approach, and Simple Descriptive Design. Based on this, it was obtained as a result that teaching practices varied statistically according to the size or category developed. Finally, it was concluded that these practices have presented greater achievements and fewer achievements in the different respective dimensions. This requires intervention in them in order to have a better teaching performance and provide a quality education to students.
