Desempeño docente y clima organizacional en un centro de formación profesional de Huancayo

Abstract

La presente tesis centró su objetivo en determinar si existe relación entre el desempeño docente y el clima organizacional en las especialidades de Mecánico de Mantenimiento, Electricidad Industrial y Mecánico Automotriz de un Centro de Formación Profesional de Huancayo. El tipo de investigación fue básica, de enfoque cuantitativo, metodología deductiva, de nivel correlacional y un diseño no experimental; tipo de muestreo censal, considerando 42 docentes de tres especialidades anteriormente referenciadas. Respecto a la técnica utilizada fue la observación y como instrumento la ficha de observación considerando las capacidades pedagógicas, la autonomía y la estructura, elaborada por los autores. Para la validez de contenido, se siguió el criterio de jueces para lo cual se presentó la definición de cada dimensión y se calificó la pertinencia del ítem de cada uno de ellos. El grado de acuerdo o aceptación del instrumento, fue del 100%. Para la confiabilidad se aplicó el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach cuyo valor fue de 0,8 en general; correspondió para la especialidad Mecánico de Mantenimiento: 0,814; Electricidad Industrial, 0,81; Mecánico Automotriz, 0,811. Los resultados muestran que el desempeño laboral tiene relación con el Clima Organizacional con un 80% de confiabilidad en las tres especialidades.

This thesis focused its objective on determining if there is a relationship between teaching performance and organizational climate in the specialties of Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Electricity and Automotive Mechanic of a Professional Training Center in Huancayo. The type of research is basic, with a quantitative approach, deductive methodology, correlational level and a non-experimental design; type of census sampling, considering 42 teachers from three aforementioned specialties. Regarding the technique used, it was observation and as an instrument the observation guide, considering the development of the didactic process in the classroom, the climate in the classroom / workshop and the attitude of the teacher in the class, prepared by the authors. For content validity, the criteria of judges were followed, for which the definition of each dimension was presented and the relevance of the item of each of them was rated. The degree of agreement or acceptance of the instrument was 100%. For reliability, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was applied, whose value was 0.8 in general; corresponded to the Maintenance Mechanic specialty: 0.814; Industrial Electricity, 0.81; Automotive Mechanic, 0.811. The results show that job performance is related to the Institutional Climate with 80% reliability in the three specialties.
