Percepción de la madre en el cuidado del recién nacido prematuro en la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales

Abstract

Objetivo: Describir los hallazgos bibliográficos sobre la percepción de la madre en el recién nacido prematuro en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos neonatales. Material y método: Revisión bibliográfica que sintetiza la percepción de la madre en el cuidado del recién nacido prematuro durante su hospitalización en la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales. El profesional de enfermería especialista es quien educa y supervisa la participación de las madres dentro del cuidado, El profesional de enfermería está en contacto directo las 24 horas del día con el recién nacido pre término, favoreciendo el proceso de adaptación extrauterina. Se analizaron artículos científicos obtenidos de las siguientes bases de datos: Scielo, Pub Med, Dialnet, Google Schoolar y Lilacs. Conclusiones: EL trabajo del profesional de enfermería en la percepción de la madre tiene mucha importancia en la salud del neonato porque va a permitir prevenir secuelas, favoreciendo el neurodesarrollo, el apoyo de las madres fomenta la recuperación favoreciendo su estado de salud, la participación de las madres en la unidad de cuidados intensivos ayuda a disminuir su ansiedad , preocupación que presentar al tener a su hijo prematuro hospitalizado al mantener una buena comunicación con el profesional de enfermería informándoles del estado de su hijo, el acceso a horarios de visita permanente en el servicio y participar en los cuidados de su hijo teniendo una percepción positiva en el cuidado de enfermería.

The specialist nursing professional is the one who educates and supervises the participation of mothers in care. The nursing professional is in direct contact 24 hours a day with the preterm newborn, favoring the process of extrauterine adaptation. Scientific articles obtained from the following databases were analyzed: Scielo, Pub Med, Dialnet, Google Schoolar and Lilacs. Conclusions: The work of the nursing professional in the perception of the mother is very important in the health of the newborn because it will prevent sequelae, favoring neurodevelopment, the support of the mothers promotes recovery, favoring their state of health, the participation of the mother in the intensive care unit helps to reduce their anxiety, concern to present when having their premature child hospitalized by maintaining good communication with the nursing professional informing them of their child's condition, access to permanent visiting hours in the service and participate in the care of their child having a positive perception of nursing care.
