Cuidado de enfermería y seguridad quirúrgica realizado por las enfermeras de centro quirúrgico del Hospital de Cerro de Pasco, 2024

Abstract

El cuidado de enfermería y la seguridad integral del paciente durante el intraoperatorio son críticos en la práctica quirúrgica, estos aspectos son esenciales para garantizar resultados positivos en las intervenciones y minimizar complicaciones. Objetivos: Determinar la relación entre el cuidado de enfermería y la seguridad quirúrgica realizado por las enfermeras de centro quirúrgico del hospital de Cerro de Pasco. La metodología será cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal con enfoque no experimental. La muestra será censal de 40 enfermeras (os). La técnica que se utilizará será la observación y como instrumento será la lista de cotejo. El primer instrumento será una Lista de cotejo del cuidado de enfermería de autoría propia, el cual fue validado por juicio de 10 expertos y para determinar la confiabilidad se usó la prueba KR-20 con un coeficiente de 0.780 y para medir la “Seguridad quirúrgica” se usará una lista de cotejo adaptado de Andrés et al. 2020 de su investigación “Cuidado humano de enfermería y la seguridad del paciente durante el intraoperatorio en el Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Hermilio Valdizán Medrano - Huánuco - 2020”, validado por juicio de 3 expertos y tiene una confiabilidad obtenida por KR = 0,89. En cuanto al plan de procesamiento y análisis de datos, los datos será codificada e ingresada en una base de datos en Microsoft Excel, y posteriormente se transferirá al programa SPSS 26.Asimismo, se empleará dos tipos de estadística, la descriptiva con tablas y gráficos de frecuencia; y la estadística inferencial, en la prueba de normalidad y la comprobación de hipótesis mediante pruebas de correlación.

Nursing care and integral patient safety during the intraoperative period are critical in surgical practice; these aspects are essential to guarantee positive results in interventions and minimize complications. Objective: Determine the relationship between nursing care and surgical safety performed by surgical center nurses in Cerro de Pasco hospital. The methodology will be quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional with a non-experimental approach. The sample will be a census of 40 nurses. The technique to be used will be observation and the instrument will be a checklist. The first instrument will be a self-authored Nursing Care Checklist, which was validated by the judgment of 10 experts and to determine the reliability the KR-20 test was used with a coefficient of 0.780 and for the variable “Surgical safety” a checklist adapted from Andres et al. 2020 from their research “Nursing human care and patient safety during intraoperative in the Surgical Center of the Hospital Hermilio Valdizán Medrano - Huánuco - 2020”, validated by judgment of 3 experts and has a reliability obtained by KR = 0.89. As for the data processing and analysis plan, the data will be coded and entered into a database in Microsoft Excel, and then transferred to the SPSS 26 program. Likewise, two types of statistics will be used, descriptive statistics with frequency tables and graphs; and inferential statistics, in the normality test and hypothesis testing by means of correlation tests; and inferential statistics, in the normality test and hypothesis testing by means of correlation tests.
