Validación de un registro de atención de enfermería para el servicio de emergencia adultos en un hospital nivel III, Callao 2024

Abstract

Antecedentes: La enfermera emergencista más allá de ejercer una ardua labor asistencial, cumple otras funciones dentro de la gestión del cuidado donde tiene el compromiso y a su vez respaldo ético -legal, siendo un aspecto fundamental el registro sistematizado, coherente y preciso del proceso de atención de enfermería dentro de la historia clínica. Objetivo: Determinar la validez de un registro de atención de enfermería para el servicio de emergencia adultos de un Hospital nivel de atención III, Callao 2024. Materiales y Métodos: Estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, descriptivo de corte transversal. La muestra será de carácter probabilístico con un muestreo simple aleatorizado aplicando la fórmula para muestras finitas obteniendo un total de 72 profesionales de enfermería. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario elaborado por la investigadora que consta de 2 dimensiones: contenido y estructura, que será sometido a juicio de expertos. El resultado del juicio de expertos será evaluado mediante prueba binomial (sí p < 0,05 la concordancia entre los jueces es favorable). Luego de recolectar la información se medirán los resultados numéricamente calculando luego la desviación estándar (S) y el coeficiente de variación (CV), finalmente la confiabilidad se establecerá con la aplicación de prueba estadística Alfa de Cronbach.

Background: The emergency nurse, in addition to performing an arduous nursing task, fulfills other functions within the management of care, where he/she has the commitment and ethical- legal support, a fundamental aspect being the systematized, coherent and accurate recording of the nursing care process in the clinical history. Objective: To determine the validity of a nursing care record for the adult emergency department of a level III hospital, Callao 2024. Materials and Methods: A study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, descriptive, cross- sectional design. The sample will be probabilistic with a simple randomized sampling applying the formula for finite samples, obtaining a total of 72 nursing professionals. The data collection technique will be the survey and the instrument will be a questionnaire elaborated by the researcher consisting of 2 dimensions: content and structure, which will be submitted to expert judgment. The result of the expert judgment will be evaluated by means of a binomial test (if p< 0.05 the concordance between the judges is favorable). After collecting the information, the results will be measured numerically by calculating the standard deviation (S) and the coefficient of variation (CV), and finally the reliability will be established with the application of Cronbach's Alpha statistical test.
