Cuidados de enfermería con oxigenoterapia en la prevención de la retinopatía del recién nacido prematuro en la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales

Abstract

La oxigenoterapia es uno de los tratamientos más comunes para los recién nacidos prematuros y a pesar de su uso generalizado, todavía no hay evidencia suficiente sobre la dosis óptima que se le debe suministrar al recién nacido prematuro. Objetivo: Evaluar las intervenciones de enfermería en la administración de oxigenoterapia en la prevención de la retinopatía del recién nacido en la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales en los últimos 5años. Metodología: se realizó una revisión sistemática, estudio de tipo descriptivo, los artículos fueron sometidos a selección crítica por el autor, los estudios previos son retrospectivo. El estudio conto con un total de 25 artículos. científicos LILACS 28% (07 artículos), SCENCIE DIRECT 24% (06 artículos), PUBMED 16% (04 artículos), REVISTAS el 12% (03 artículos), DIALNET y SCIELO 8% (04 artículos), REDALYC 4% (01 artículo). Y diseño de estudio sistemático. Conclusiones: En los estudios nacionales e internacionales revisados, se observa que existen resultados diversos en relación con el cuidado de enfermería en la oxigenoterapia para prevenir la retinopatía en el recién nacido prematuro los cuales el 100% (25 artículos) de estudios refieren la saturación del oxígeno el valor normal varía 88 – 95%. mientras que el 32% de artículos hacen hincapié en la participación de la enfermera el seguimiento de oxigenoterapia la prevención de retinopatía.
