Análisis de la comunicación terapéutica enfermera - paciente en el servicio emergencia

Abstract

La investigación tiene por objetivo analizar la comunicación terapéutica en la relación enfermera y paciente en el servicio de emergencia., esta monografía consistió en una metodología de revisión bibliográfica de artículos científicos indexadas en las siguientes bases de datos: Science Direct, SciELO, BMC Nursing, PubMed, Springer Nature, Google Scholar, esta estrategia de búsqueda se basó en combinaciones en el que se utilizaron los operadores booleanos "OR" y "AND" utilizando como palabras clave: comunicación terapéutica, atención del paciente, enfermería y servicio de emergencia. Con respecto a los resultados se tiene que de los 20 artículos que fueron sometidos a análisis cualitativo, entre las que resalta las características y factores de la comunicación terapéutica se destacan el modo , forma de comunicación , falta de tiempo o disponibilidad en cuanto a la empatía que dedican las enfermeras para comunicarse con el paciente, la edad, la cultura y el idioma; escucha activa estos fueron determinantes para mejora de la comunicación, conllevando a establecer una relación estrecha entre el paciente y la enfermera. Finalmente se concluye que, existe relación benéfica enfermera – paciente, permitiendo una atención de calidad y una óptima recuperación en todo el proceso de atención que ofrece el personal de enfermería en el área de emergencia.

The objective of this research is to analyze the factors that affect therapeutic communication in the relationship between the nurse and the patient in the emergency service. This monograph consisted of a bibliographic review methodology of scientific articles indexed in the following databases: Science Direct, SciELO, BMC Nursing, PubMed, Springer Nature, Google Scholar, this search strategy was based on combinations in which the Boolean operators "OR" and "AND" using as keywords: therapeutic communication, patient care, nursing and emergency service. Regarding the results, of the 20 articles that were submitted to qualitative analysis, among the characteristics and factors of therapeutic communication, the mode or form of communication and the lack of time or availability in terms of empathy that stand out. dedicated nurses to communicate with the patient, age, culture and language; active listening These were determinant for the improvement of communication, leading to the establishment of a close relationship between the patient and the nurse. Finally, it is concluded that there is a beneficial nurse-patient relationship, allowing quality care and optimal recovery throughout the care process offered by nursing staff in the emergency area.
