Condiciones de trabajo y equipos de protección personal contra el COVID-19 del personal de salud en un hospital nacional

Abstract

La enfermedad del Covid-19 que fue propagada muy rápidamente a nivel mundial originó una pandemia por lo que la entidad Internacional del Trabajo incitó garantizar la seguridad y salud en el lugar de labores. Objetivo: Determinar las condiciones de trabajo y el acceso a los equipos de protección personal contra el covid-19 del personal de salud en un hospital nacional de Lima, 2023. Metodología: La investigación estará basada en un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, método descriptivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica. La población de estudio estará compuesta por todo el personal de salud que trabajó durante la pandemia en el hospital. La muestra será no probabilística por conveniencia. La técnica será una encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario aprobado con 80 % de contenido y con valor estadísticamente significativo de p < 0,05. Evalúa 2 dimensiones; condiciones de trabajo y equipos de protección personal, para la ejecución se contará con aprobación de la Dirección Universitaria de Investigación, Ciencia y Tecnología de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. Plan de análisis: Una vez aplicado el cuestionario se procederá a codificar cada una de las preguntas según sus respuestas, luego se pasará toda la información al programa de Microsoft Excel 2019 para el respectivo procesado, seguidamente se digitará en el paquete estadístico (statistical Packageforthe social sciences) SPSS versión 27.0. para obtención de resultados acorde con los objetivos planteados plasmándolo a través de gráficos para su mejor lectura y comprensión.

Methodology: The research will be based on a non-experimental, cross-sectional design, descriptive method, quantitative approach, basic type. The study population will be made up of all the health personnel who worked during the pandemic in the hospital. The sample will be non-probabilistic for convenience. The technique will be a survey and the instrument an approved questionnaire with 80% content and with a statistically significant value of p < 0.05. Evaluates 2 dimensions; working conditions and personal protective equipment, for the execution will have the approval of the University Directorate of Research, Science and Technology of the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia. Analysis plan: Once the questionnaire has been applied, each of the questions will be coded according to their answers, then all the information will be passed to the Microsoft Excel 2019 program for the respective processing, then it will be entered into the statistical package (statistical Package for the social sciences) SPSS version 27.0. to obtain the results in accordance with the objectives set, capturing it through graphics for better reading and understanding.
