Programa de prevención del consumo del alcohol en adolescentes mujeres de una institución educativa - Ilo

Abstract

La actual exploración tiene como objeto establecer la consecuencia antes y después de la diligencia de un programa preventivo en consumo de alcohol de una muestra de adolescentes de un establecimiento educativo en la ciudad de Ilo, departamento de Moquegua, teniendo en cuenta los resultados arrojados en la encuesta DEVIDA, del 2012, donde el consumo de alcohol en los adolescentes se incrementó considerablemente, en especial en las adolescentes mujeres. El tipo de estudio que se realizó fue el descriptivo y el diseño de investigación fue preexperimental, de tipo pre y post sin grupo control. La muestra fue de tipo intencional compuesta por 26 adolescentes de tercero de secundaria, de sexo femenino, comprendidas entre la edad de 13 a 14 años, tomando en cuenta la edad de inicio en la región Moquegua según la encuesta DEVIDA 2012. Los instrumentos que se utilizaron fueron: el cuestionario de identificación de consumo de alcohol (AUDIT) y el Programa Saluda (2012) que fue adaptado según la realidad de la localidad. desmenuzando los datos se realiza mediante el aplicativo SPSS V. 22, se utilizó el estadístico para comprobar la diferencia entre medias y comprobar o descartar la hipótesis nula o alterna. Los resultados indican que la aplicación del Programa preventivo en consumo de alcohol logra una diferencia significativa en los efectos del consumo del alcohol antes y después de la diligencia de dicho programa en las adolescentes de la institución educativa de Ilo.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect before and after the application of a preventive program on alcohol consumption of a sample of adolescents from an educational institution in the city of Ilo, department of Moquegua, taking into account the results obtained in the DEVIDA survey, from 2012, where alcohol consumption in adolescents increased considerably, especially in adolescent women. The type of study that was carried out was the descriptive one and the research design was pre experimental, pre and post type without control group. The sample was of intentional type composed of 26 adolescents of third of secondary school, of feminine sex, included between the ages of 13 to 14 years, taking into account the age of beginning in the Moquegua region according to the survey DEVIDA 2012. The instruments that are They used were: the alcohol consumption identification questionnaire (AUDIT) and the Saluda Program (2012) that was adapted according to the reality of the locality. The data analysis is performed using the SPSS V. 22 program, the statistic was used to check the differences between means and check or discard the null or alternate hypothesis. The results indicate that the application of the Preventive Program in alcohol consumption achieves a significant difference in the effects of alcohol consumption before and after the application of said program in adolescents of the educational institution of Ilo.
