Proyecto para la creación de un centro médico de salud mental geriátrico en el distrito de San Borja

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la viabilidad de un plan de negocio para la implementación de un centro de salud mental geriátrico en la ciudad de Lima, en el distrito de San Borja. Metodología: Planeamiento estratégico, se usó la Matriz EFE, Matriz EFI, FODA para identificar objetivos y actividades estratégicas; Estudio de Mercado, consistió en una encuesta cuantitativa y un FOCUS GROUP. Seguidamente, se proyectó la demanda, el plan de marketing y modelo CANVAS. Por otro lado, se realizó el mapa de procesos y diagrama de operaciones, proyección de capacidad instalada y estructura organizacional. Así también, se estimó la Inversión inicial, proyección de ventas, depreciación y amortización, gastos administrativos y variables; Estado de ganancias y pérdidas. Resultados: Según la encuesta el 97% de los vecinos prefieren contar con un Centro de salud mental geriátrico y el 99% destacan la necesidad de una atención personalizada en ello. Además, mediante el Focus Group, ellos no conocen de un centro de salud mental en San Borja. El estudio económico-financiero determinó una inversión inicial de S/ 1,008,226; VAN de 323.370 y una TIR del 17,638%. Conclusiones: a) El proyecto es viable en relación al mercado, debido a que no se cuenta con un potencial competidor y cuenta con percepción positiva de los clientes; b) el proyecto permitirá generar una oportunidad de negocio para atender una especialidad enfocada en adultos mayores; c) el proyecto es rentable y atractiva oportunidad de inversión por contar la proyección de la TIR positiva desde el sexto año respecto a la proyección.

Objective: To determine the feasibility of a business plan for the implementation of a geriatric mental health center in the city of Lima, in the district of San Borja. Methodology: Strategic planning, the EFE Matrix, EFI Matrix, SWOT were used to identify strategic objectives and activities; Market Study, consisted of a quantitative survey and a FOCUS GROUP. Next, the demand, the marketing plan and the CANVAS model were projected. On the other hand, the process map and operations diagram, projection of installed capacity and organizational structure were made. Likewise, the initial investment, sales projection, depreciation and amortization, administrative and variable expenses were estimated; Profit and loss statement. Results: According to the survey, 97% of the residents prefer to have a geriatric mental health center and 99% highlight the need for personalized attention in it. In addition, through the Focus Group, they do not know of a mental health center in San Borja. The economic-financial study determined an initial investment of S/ 1,008,226; NPV of 323,370 and an IRR of 17.638%. Conclusions: a) The project is viable in relation to the market, because there is no potential competitor and it has a positive perception of customers; b) the project will generate a business opportunity to attend a specialty focused on older adults; c) the project is profitable and an attractive investment opportunity because the positive IRR projection has been since the sixth year with respect to the projection.
