Estrategias de afrontamiento ante el estrés de las enfermeras de sala de operaciones de un hospital del MINSA

Abstract

El estrés es un problema que aqueja a la población mundial, siendo la segunda enfermedad más reportada, el personal de salud entre ellos las enfermeras son las que experimentan mayor estrés y ante estas situaciones ellas responden al estrés utilizando distintas estrategias de afrontamiento aproximándose o evitando el estresor. Objetivo: Determinar las estrategias de afrontamiento ante el estrés de las enfermeras de sala de operaciones de un Hospital MINSA - Lima. Material y método: El estudio será de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo y de corte transversal. La población estará conformada por 80 enfermeras, se desarrollará el estudio en toda la población. Para identificar la variable: Estrategias de Afrontamiento, la técnica será la encuesta y como instrumento se empleará el Inventario de Respuestas de Afrontamiento de Mikulic modificado por la investigadora. Los datos serán recolectados en el programa Excel y serán procesados a través del programa STATA 15 y los resultados en presentarán en frecuencias y porcentajes.

Stress is a problem that afflicts the world population, being the second most reported disease, health personnel, including nurses, are those who experience the greatest stress and in these situations they respond to stress using different coping strategies approaching or avoiding the stressor. Objective: To determine the strategies for coping with stress in the operating room nurses of a MINSA Hospital - Lima. Material and method: The study will be quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional. The population will be made up of 80 nurses, the study will be carried out in the entire population. To identify the variable: Coping Strategies, the technique will be the survey and the Mikulic Coping Response Inventory modified by the researcher will be used as an instrument. The data will be collected in the Excel program and will be processed through the STATA 15 program and the results will be presented in frequencies and percentages.
