Satisfacción del cuidador primario respecto al cuidado humanizado en cuidados intensivos de un hospital MINSA 2025

Abstract

Es de conocimiento que el cuidado es la esencia de Enfermería y éste implica satisfacer las necesidades del paciente de forma holística. En las Unidades de Cuidados Intensivos donde la tecnología, la ciencia y el conocimiento complejo priman, la humanización del cuidado es un reto y una necesidad para la profesión de enfermería. El profesional cumple un rol importante al emplear los recursos posibles para preservar la vida del paciente en estado crítico, así también al momento de brindar asistencia al familiar cuidador entendiendo su desconocimiento, preocupación, estrés, angustia, etc. que surge a partir del ingreso de su familiar a estas unidades críticas; por ello surge el interés de desarrollar este estudio. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de satisfacción del familiar cuidador respecto al cuidado humanizado en la unidad de cuidados intensivos de un hospital MINSA en 2025. Material y método: El enfoque es cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal. La población estará constituida del 80% de cuidadores de los pacientes admitidos en UCI en el periodo de enero a Julio 2025. La técnica utilizada para la obtención y recolección de datos será la encuesta y el instrumento será un cuestionario que usa la escala de Likert que consta de 27 items.

In Intensive Care Units where technology, science and complex knowledge prevail, the humanization of care is a challenge and a necessity for the nursing profession. The professional plays an important role using possible resources to preserve the life of the patient in critical condition, as well as in providing assistance to the family caregiver, understanding their lack of knowledge, concern, stress, anguish, etc. that arises from the entry of their family member to these critical units; Therefore, the interest arises in developing this study. Objective: Determine the level of satisfaction of the family caregiver regarding humanized care in the intensive care unit of a MINSA hospital in 2025. Material and method: The approach is quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional. The population will consist of 80% of caregivers of patients admitted to the ICU in the period from January to July 2025. The technique used to obtain and collect data will be the survey and the instrument will be a questionnaire that uses the Likert scale that It consists of 27 items.
