Beneficios del cuidado individualizado en el neurodesarrollo del recién nacido prematuro

Abstract

Todo recién nacido prematuro necesita un cuidado único e individualizado, debido a su prematuridad sus órganos no están completamente maduros y aptos para un ambiente externo. Objetivo: determinar los beneficios del cuidado individualizado en el neurodesarrollo del recién nacido prematuro. Cuerpo: Es un estudio monográfico, descriptivo, documental, retrospectivo, analítico, a través de revisiones documentales, búsquedas bibliográficas, se encontró diversas investigaciones científicas como: Pubmed/ Dialnet, Scopus y Scielo, se seleccionaron estudios de artículos de revistas científicas indexadas con estudios descripticos, cualitativos, cuantitativos publicadas en los años 2019 al 2023 con estudios de enfoque al cuidado del neurodesarrollo del recién nacido prematuro. Resultados: encontrándose en general 90 estudios a nivel nacional e internacional, de los cuales se eligió solo 30 por ser artículos enfatizados al cuidado del neurodesarrollo del prematuro entre nacionales e internacionales. Conclusión: Según los estudios seleccionados el entorno llega a influir directamente en el nivel de estrés al que sometemos al recién nacido prematuro, generando alteración en su organización y adaptación, consecuentemente su neurodesarrollo cognitivo.

Every premature newborn requires unique and individualized care, due to their prematurity, their organs are not fully mature and suitable for the external environment. Objetive: To determine the benefits of individualized care for the neurodevelopment of premature newborns. Body: It is a monographic, descriptive, documentary, retrospective, analytical study, through documentary reviews, bibliographic searches, various scientific investigations were found such as: Pubmed / Dialnet, Scopus and Scielo, studies were selected from articles from indexed scientific journals with descriptive, qualitative, quantitative studies published in the years 2029 to 2023 with studies focusing on the care of the neurodevelopment of the premature newborn. Conclusions: According th the selected studies, the environment directly influences the level of stress to which we subject the premature newborn, generating alteration in their organization and adaptation, consequently their cognitive neurodevelopment. What is desired is to avoid these stressors such as light, noise, generating a positive impact through individualized care that is applied in nursing care, thus favoring the neurosensory development of the newborn, reducing stress, creating a harmonious environment and improving the quality of life.
