Evidencia del cuidado humanizado de la enfermera al paciente del centro quirúrgico

Abstract

El cuidado humanizado de enfermería en el paciente quirúrgico es considerado uno de los pilares de la atención en sala de operaciones en relación al impacto que tiene en la reducción de síntomas preoperatorios y complicaciones postoperatorias, así como en el incremento de la satisfacción del paciente quirúrgico. Objetivo: Identificar la evidencia científica sobre el cuidado humanizado de las enfermeras al paciente del centro quirúrgico. Metodología: Revisión bibliográfica, retrospectiva de 25 artículos. Resultados: En relación al lugar de artículos el mayor porcentaje fue de América con 52% (13) y el menor fue de Europa con 20% (5); sobre el idioma el mayor porcentaje fue el inglés con 36% (9) y el menor fue el portugués con 8% (2), en cuanto a su procedencia, el mayor porcentaje fue de Google académico con 68% (17) y el menor fue de Dialnet con 4% (1), y sobre el año de publicación, el mayor porcentaje fue del año 2021 con 32% (8) y el menor porcentaje fue del año 2020 con 4% (1). Conclusiones: El cuidado humanizado de la enfermera en relación a satisfacción de necesidades debe realizarse de manera oportuna, holística y segura; en cuanto a la interacción enfermera-paciente debe realizarse en base a la empatía y un trato amable y cordial; en relación a los aspectos espirituales y éticos debe realizarse en el respeto y trato digno.

Conclusions: The humanized care of the nurse in relation to satisfaction of needs must be carried out in a timely, holistic and safe manner; Regarding the nurse-patient interaction, it must be carried out based on empathy and friendly and cordial treatment; In relation to the spiritual and ethical aspects, it must be carried out with respect and dignified treatment.
