Dinámica familiar en tiempo de pandemia

Abstract

La pandemia provocada por la COVID-19 generó investigaciones a nivel mundial; entre ellas, aquellas dirigidas al conocimiento del estado de las relaciones interpersonales en las familias durante el confinamiento. Este tópico es de interés debido a la influencia de la pandemia sobre las familias, en vista de que sus miembros fueron afectados a nivel social y psicológico, además de las repercusiones en sus habilidades sociales, capacidad de afrontamiento y toma de decisiones. Por lo cual, se concibió la presente investigación con el objetivo de analizar la dinámica familiar durante los últimos tres años (2019 - 2022) de la pandemia del COVID-19 en familias nucleares, reportadas a través de investigaciones a nivel europeo, americano y asiático, considerando los siguientes objetivos específicos: identificar el efecto psicológico en los miembros de la dinámica familiar durante la pandemia del COVID-19, identificar las conductas desadaptativas reportadas en la dinámica familiar durante la pandemia del COVID-19 e identificar los cambios en las relaciones interpersonales de la familia que influyen en la dinámica familiar durante la pandemia del COVID-19. Para ello, se realizó un estudio documental, analizando investigaciones cualitativas, cuantitativas y mixtas publicadas en buscadores académicos, los estudios revisados en inglés y español se dividieron en subsecciones para el entendimiento del tema, evidenciando una prevalencia en los síntomas ansiosos y depresivos en los miembros de la familia; asimismo, se muestran conductas agresivas, trastorno del sueño y consumo de drogas y alcohol; denotando inflexibilidad psicológica y baja cohesión familiar producto del confinamiento de la pandemia.

The pandemic caused by COVID-19 generated investigations worldwide; among them, those aimed at understanding the state of interpersonal relationships in families during confinement. This topic is of interest due to the influence of the pandemic on families, given that its members were affected at a social and psychological level, in addition to the repercussions on their social skills, coping capacity, and decision-making. Therefore, this research was conceived with the aim of analyzing family dynamics during the last three years (2019 - 2022) of the COVID-19 pandemic in nuclear families, reported through research at the European, American and Asian levels. , considering the following specific objectives: to identify the psychological effect on the members of the family dynamics during the COVID-19 pandemic, to identify maladaptive behaviors reported in family dynamics during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to identify changes in interpersonal relationships of the family that influence family dynamics during the COVID-19 pandemic. For this, a documentary study was carried out, analyzing qualitative, quantitative and mixed research published in academic search engines, the studies reviewed in English and Spanish were divided into subsections for the understanding of the subject, evidencing a prevalence in anxious and depressive symptoms in the limbs. of the family; likewise, aggressive behaviors, sleep disorders and drug and alcohol consumption are shown; denoting psychological inflexibility and low family cohesion as a result of the confinement of the pandemic.
