This study explores the relationship between nutrition education, dietary quality, and sleep disorders among female university students in Lima, Peru, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using measures of dietary quality and sleep quality, the authors found that healthier eating habits were associated with fewer sleep disturbances. Nutrition education, reflected by progression through academic training in nutrition-related programs, was linked to improved dietary practices, which in turn contributed to better sleep quality. The findings suggest that nutrition education may play an important role in promoting healthy behaviors and reducing sleep disorders, highlighting its potential value in public health and educational interventions.en_US
