Estudio de caso sobre el consumo de alcohol en una adolescente de una Institución Educativa – Ayaviri, 2019

Abstract

El presente “Estudio de caso sobre el consumo de alcohol en una adolescente de una Institución Educativa - Ayaviri, 2019”; tuvo como objetivo disminuir el consumo de alcohol en la evaluada de una Institución Educativa de Ayaviri. Para la recopilación de información del estudio, se utilizó el cuestionario de autoestima de Coopersmith y el Test de Identificación de los trastornos relacionados con el consumo de alcohol (AUDIT). Al inicio presentó problemas de probable dependencia en su consumo de alcohol y con una autoestima diferenciada en las cuatro áreas; siendo su autoestima baja en las áreas del hogar y escuela. Se programó como apoyo sesiones terapéuticas, las cuáles dieron como resultado, en su persona, saber afrontar y eliminar las situaciones negativas del consumo de alcohol y creencias negativas, reforzando su autoestima de manera positiva. Llegó a dominar las relaciones negativas de su entorno escolar y superó las deficiencias en su hogar con el apoyo de su familia; así como en el consumo de alcohol ya no hay dependencia. Se esforzó por ser apoyo para otras adolescentes consumidoras de alcohol, incentivando a recibir apoyo profesional.

The present "Case study on alcohol consumption in an adolescent from an Educational Institution - Ayaviri, 2019"; the objective was to reduce alcohol consumption in the evaluated Educational Institution of Ayaviri. For the collection of study information, the Coopersmith self-esteem questionnaire and the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) were used. At the beginning, he presented problems of probable dependence on his alcohol consumption and with differentiated self-esteem in the four areas; his self-esteem being low in the areas of home and school. Therapeutic sessions are scheduled as support, which resulted, in his person, knowing how to face and eliminate negative situations of alcohol consumption and negative beliefs, reinforcing his self-esteem in a positive way. He manages to master the negative relationships in his school environment and overcomes the deficiencies at home with the support of his family; as well as in the consumption of alcohol there is no longer dependence. She strives to be a support for other adolescent alcohol consumers, encouraging them to receive professional support.
