El presente documento expone de forma detallada el plan estratégico elaborado para el desarrollo de un centro odontológico, el cual tiene como principal objetivo el detallar los procesos, evaluaciones internas, externas, así como los posibles competidores directos que puede influir en el posicionamiento del establecimiento. El análisis y evaluación de toda esta información permitirá mejorar la calidad de los servicios que se ofrece y mediante esto poder lograr un crecimiento continuo y sostenible.

This document presents in detail the strategic plan developed for the development of a dental center, which has as its main objective to detail the processes, internal and external evaluations, as well as direct competitors that can influence the positioning of the establishment. The analysis and evaluation of all this information will allow to improve the quality of the services offered and through this to achieve continuous and sustainable growth.
