Competencias del profesional de enfermería en lesiones por presión en cavidad oral en cuidados intensivos, de un hospital nacional, Callao 2023

Abstract

Las enfermeras de unidades criticas brindan atención especializada basada en medidas preventivas sumando sus conocimientos aplicándose en la práctica, especialmente al cuidado de pacientes con tubo endotraqueal con ventilación mecánica para así verse ejecutado en evitar complicaciones en cavidad oral como la presencia de lesiones por presión. El objetivo de esta investigación es establecer las competencias del profesional enfermero para la valoración adecuada de la mucosa oral del paciente con tubo orotraqueal, en un Hospital Nacional. El material y método de esta investigación es de tipo cuantitativa y con un método descriptivo, con un corte transversal, cuyo enfoque consentirá presentar la información en un tiempo y espacio fijo y se realizará en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Alberto Sabogal Sologuren. La muestra será llevada con enfermeros especialistas que cumplan con los criterios de la investigación. El instrumento será una encuesta y guía de observación.; elaborado por la investigadora, el cual será sometida a juicio de expertos para enjuiciar la información. El propósito del presente estudio es favorecer al fortalecimiento de las destrezas preventivas.

Nurses in critical units provide specialized care based on preventive measures, adding their knowledge and applying it in practice, especially to the care of patients with endotracheal tubes with mechanical ventilation in order to avoid complications in the oral cavity such as the presence of pressure injuries. The objective of this research is to establish the competencies of the nursing professional for the adequate assessment of the oral mucosa of the patient with an orotracheal tube, in a National Hospital. The material and method of this research is quantitative and with a descriptive method, with a cross-section, whose approach will allow the information to be presented in a fixed time and space and will be carried out in the Intensive Care Unit of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital. The sample will be taken to specialist nurses who meet the research criteria. The instrument will be a survey and observation guide.; prepared by the researcher, which will be submitted to expert judgment to judge the information. The purpose of this study is to promote the strengthening of preventive skills.
