Evidencias del cuidado humanizado de enfermería en centro quirúrgico

Abstract

Introducción: Las intervenciones quirúrgicas demandan tiempo y compromiso del profesional enfermero para la preparación física, mental y espiritual del paciente que será sometido a cirugía en una sala de operaciones; en ocasiones, dicha atención se torna apática e impersonal, dejando los problemas individuales del paciente olvidados o ignorados. Es ahí donde el profesional de enfermería demuestra sus capacidades y competencias técnicas, científicas, éticas y humanas que serán orientadas a la atención especializada del paciente quirúrgico durante los periodos pre -intra y post operatorio; con el fin de lograr la recuperación y reinserción social del paciente. Por todo ello es valioso y necesario que el profesional de enfermería pueda brindar el cuidado requerido y este debe ir de la mano de la humanización. Objetivo: Describir la evidencia sobre el cuidado humanizado de enfermería en centro quirúrgico. Metodología: Estudio monográfico, descriptivo, retrospectivo, realizado mediante revisión bibliográfica de literatura científica en base de datos mundiales de revistas de salud. Resultados: el profesional enfermero debe orientar su quehacer al servicio del paciente sin olvidar su sensibilidad, compasión e interacción que le permitirán percibir diversas respuestas propias del ser humano, ello llevara a ofrecer una atención optima y de calidad, con el fin de proporcionar un cuidado humanizado. Conclusión: el cuidado humanizado que enfermería brinde al paciente ayudara a disminuir la ansiedad, angustia, miedo y temor del paciente y la familia. Revalorizando el papel que cumple el profesional de enfermería dentro del círculos de profesionales de la salud.

Introduction: Surgical interventions require time and commitment from the professional nurse for the physical, mental and spiritual preparation of the patient who will undergo surgery in an operating room; at times, such care becomes apathetic and impersonal, leaving the patient's individual problems forgotten or ignored. It is there where the nursing professional demonstrates their technical, scientific, ethical and human capacities and competencies that will be oriented to the specialized care of the surgical patient during the pre-intra and post-operative periods; in order to achieve recovery and social reintegration of the patient. For all this, it is valuable and necessary that the nursing professional be able to provide the required care and this must go hand in hand with humanization. Objective: To describe the evidence on humanized nursing care in a surgical center. Methodology: A monographic, descriptive, retrospective study, carried out by means of a bibliographic review of scientific literature in a global database of health journals. Results: The nursing professional must guide their work at the service of the patient without forgetting their sensitivity, compassion and interaction that will allow them to perceive various responses typical of the human being, this will lead to offering optimal and quality care, in order to provide care humanized. Conclusion: The humanized care that nursing provides to the patient will help reduce anxiety, anguish, fear and fear of the patient and the family. Revaluing the role of the nursing professional within the circle of health professionals.
