Validación del proceso de esterilización del instrumental quirúrgico oftalmológico de un hospital de Lima

Abstract

La validación del proceso de esterilización, según ISO 17665 y manual de desinfección y esterilización MINSA, refiere que consiste en garantizar y verificar que se cumpla los siguientes requisitos: Dimensión ambiente, equipo, operación y performance. El objetivo de la siguiente investigación será determinar la validación del proceso de esterilización del instrumental quirúrgico oftalmológico de cirugías de segmento anterior de un hospital de Lima. Material y método: El estudio será de enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo, tipo aplicativo, diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Población y muestra serán 72 procesos de esterilización. El ámbito de estudio es un hospital de Lima. Para recolectar información será técnica observación y el instrumento será guía de observación. El procesamiento y análisis se realizará con el paquete estadístico software SPSS, versión 25). Mediante tablas y gráficos estadísticos se analizará y publicará los resultados.

To collect information, it will be an observation technique and the instrument will be an observation guide. The processing and analysis will be carried out with the statistical package SPSS software (version 25). By means of statistical tables and graphs, the results will be analyzed and published.
