Satisfacción laboral antes y durante la crisis sanitaria en el sector salud

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo la revisión y análisis de información detallada en diferentes estudios y/o artículos científicos sobre la satisfacción laboral, antes y durante la crisis sanitaria del COVID – 19 en el sector de salud enfocado principalmente en la realidad peruana. El sector, al presentar una sobrecarga laboral, incrementó el nivel de estrés en los trabajadores. Por ello, la relevancia del presente estado del arte radica en poder conocer el grado de satisfacción laboral del personal sanitario, porque bajos niveles de satisfacción, generan un impacto en el bienestar y en la estabilidad emocional del individuo; afectando el rendimiento del servicio brindado y, por ende, en el bienestar del paciente. Luego de la revisión de estudios, sin embargo, se encontró que aún no se puede afirmar con certeza si el estado de emergencia sanitaria afectaría la satisfacción laboral del personal de salud.

The objective of this investigation is to review and analyze detailed information in different studies and scientific articles about job satisfaction, before and during the COVID – 19 pandemic in the healthcare sector focused mainly on the Peruvian context. The sector, by presenting a work overload, increased the level of stress in workers. Therefore, it is relevant to be able to know the degree of job satisfaction of the health staff, because low levels of this variable, can cause an impact on the well-being and emotional stability of the individual; affecting the performance of the service provided and, hence, the well-being of the patient. However, after reviewing articles, it was found that it is still not possible to say with certainty whether the state of health crisis would affect the job satisfaction of health workers.
