Validación de una guía de procedimientos de cuidado y mantenimiento de enfermería del Catéter Venoso Central en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del hospital de Lima 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: “Validación de una Guía de procedimientos de cuidado y mantenimiento en enfermería del Catéter Venoso Central en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del hospital san juan de Lurigancho 2024”. Material y Métodos: El estudio será de tipo descriptivo, no experimental, de corte transversal, se realizará en el Servicio de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho, la población estará constituida por 20 Enfermeras Especialistas en Cuidados Intensivos, que cumplan con los criterios de selección. Se aplicará como técnica la entrevista y como instrumento una lista de verificación que permita evaluar la estructura y el contenido de la guía, el instrumento será sometido a juicio de expertos para determinar su validez a través del coeficiente de AIKEN y la confiabilidad se determinará a través de prueba piloto con 5 Enfermeras, se utilizará la prueba de K Richardson. Los resultados serán ingresados en un formato de Excel, se analizarán y presentarán en tablas estadísticas.

Objective: “Validation of a Guide to nursing care and maintenance procedures for the Central Venous Catheter in the Intensive Care Unit of the San Juan de Lurigancho 2024 hospital.” Material and Methods: The study will be descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional, it will be carried out in the Intensive Care Unit Service of the San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital, the population will consist of 20 Nurses Specialists in Intensive Care, who meet with the selection criteria. The interview will be applied as a technique and as an instrument a checklist that allows evaluating the structure and content of the guide, the instrument will be subjected to expert judgment to determine its validity through the AIKEN coefficient and reliability will be determined through pilot test with 5 Nurses, the K Richardson test will be used. The results will be entered in an Excel format, analyzed and presented in statistical tables.
