Nivel de adherencia al tratamiento inmunosupresor de los pacientes trasplantados cardiacos en el Instituto Nacional Cardiovascular "Carlos Alberto Peschiera Carrillo", 2021

Abstract

Objetivos: Determinar el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento inmunosupresor de los pacientes trasplantados cardiacos en el Instituto Nacional Cardiovascular "Carlos Alberto Peschiera Carrillo", durante los meses de Julio a Diciembre del 2021. Antecedente: Sierra S. (2016) realizó un estudio en España que tuvo como objetivo identificar en la literatura internacional la adherencia terapéutica en personas trasplantadas de riñón, encontrando que la mayoría de los pacientes son muy poco adherentes. Material y método: Esta investigación cumple con las características de un estudio cuantitativo no experimental, de tipo Descriptivo, transversal. Población: estará conformada por todos los pacientes adultos trasplantados cardiacos entre los años 2011 hasta 2020 del Instituto Nacional Cardiovascular (INCOR) -ESSALUD. Procedimiento: Mediante el uso de consentimientos informados, se realizará la aplicación de las encuestas a los pacientes trasplantados a través de la plataforma ZOOM, para la recolección de datos. Técnicas: Se utilizará la técnica de encuesta, recolectando datos sociodemográficos y clínicos; además los instrumentos de medición a utilizar serán, el cuestionario de Cuestionario simplificado de adherencia a la medicación adaptado para su uso en pacientes trasplantados y la Escala de barreras para la adherencia al tratamiento inmunosupresor. Análisis de datos: Los datos recolectados, serán procesados en el software estadístico SPSS, previa elaboración de base de datos y tabla de frecuencias mediante el programa estadístico Excel.

Material and method: This research meets the characteristics of a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional quantitative study. Population: it will be made up of all adult heart transplant patients between the years 2011 to 2020 of the National Cardiovascular Institute (INCOR) -ESSALUD. Procedure: Through the use of informed consents, the application of the surveys to transplanted patients will be carried out through the ZOOM platform, for data collection. Techniques: The survey technique will be used, collecting sociodemographic and clinical data; In addition, the measurement instruments to be used will be the Simplified Medication Adherence Questionnaire adapted for use in transplant patients and the Barrier Scale for adherence to immunosuppressive treatment. Data analysis: The collected data will be processed in the SPSS statistical software, after preparing the database and frequency table using the Excel statistical program.
