Nivel de estrés, ansiedad y depresión en el personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia área COVID-19 en un hospital de EsSalud

Abstract

El profesional de enfermería laboran en los diferente frentes de acción contra la pandemia del COVID-19, encontrándose bajo una constante presión y riesgo por lo que su estado de salud mental se encuentran vulnerables. Objetivo: determinar el nivel de estrés, ansiedad y depresión que presenta el profesional de enfermería del servicio de emergencia área COVID-19 de un Hospital EsSalud. Metodología: la presente investigación presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo observacional con diseño descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal. Se aplicara la escala DASS-21 a una muestra aleatoria simple de 180 profesionales de enfermería. Por tratarse de un estudio descriptivo y dar respuesta a los objetivos planteado se presentará resultados en tablas mostrando las frecuencias absolutas y relativas y medidas de tendencia central (en el caso de las variables sociodemográficas, laborales y los niveles de estrés, depresión y ansiedad) El análisis estadístico se realizará con el software estadístico STATA.

Professional nursing work on the different fronts of action against the COVID-19 pandemic, finding themselves under constant pressure and risk so that their mental health status is vulnerable. Objective: to determine the level of stress, anxiety and depression presented by the nursing staff of the COVID-19 area emergency service in an EsSalud hospital. Methodology: this research presents a quantitative, observational approach with a descriptive, prospective and cross-sectional design. The DASS-21 scale will be applied to a simple random sample of 180 nursing professional. Because it is a descriptive study and responds to the objectives set, results will be presented in tables showing the absolute and relative frequencies and measures of central tendency (in the case of sociodemographic and work variables and levels of stress, depression and anxiety). The statistical analysis will be carried out with the statistical software STATA.
