Estrategias de afrontamiento del cuidador primario del paciente hemodiálizado en el Servicio de Nefrología Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza 2013

Abstract

La insuficiencia renal crónica terminal es cuando la Tasa del Filtrado Glomerular TFG es < 15 ml/min/1.73m2SC, y se tiene como unos de los tratamientos sustitutivos la hemodiálisis. Este tratamiento no solo afecta al paciente sino también al cuidador primario, ya que es un suceso potencialmente estresante que genera diferentes reacciones ya que suele suponer un profundo golpe emocional pero para otros una bendición. De tal manera que el enojo, la rabia, la ira, la búsqueda de apoyo social, la búsqueda de información forman parte de estrategias de afrontamiento. El presente estudio tiene como Objetivo: Identificar las estrategias de afrontamiento del cuidador primario del paciente en tratamiento de hemodiálisis en el servicio de nefrología del Hospital Arzobispo Loayza 2013.Diseño: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y de corte transversal que se realizará al cuidador primario del paciente en tratamiento de hemodiálisis en el servicio de nefrología Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, Material y Método: La población estará conformada por 80 cuidadores primarios de pacientes que asisten a su terapia sustitutiva y que cumplen con los criterios de selección, Técnica de recolección de datos que se empleará como técnica la entrevista y como instrumento un cuestionario validado de Lazarus y Folkman evalúa las estrategias de afrontamiento. Se considerara las solicitudes de autorización al comité Ético de la UPCH y la dirección del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza para obtener las facilidades de la ejecución del trabajo. A los cuidadores primarios se les explicara el propósito del estudio y se les invitara a participar voluntariamente y firmar el consentimiento informado de aceptar. Los datos serán almacenados en el programase SPSS 201; y se presentara para su análisis en gráficos y/o tablas.

The present study aims to: Identify the coping strategies of the primary caregiver of the patient undergoing hemodialysis treatment in the nephrology service of the Hospital Arzobispo Loayza 2013.Design: Study with a quantitative, descriptive and crosssectional approach, Population: it will be made up of 80 primary caregivers of patients who attend their replacement therapy and who meet the selection criteria. Data collection technique that will be used as the interview technique and as an instrument a validated questionnaire by Lazarus and Folkman assesses the coping strategies. Authorization requests to the Ethics Committee of the UPCH and the management of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital will be considered to obtain the facilities for the execution of the work. The primary caregivers will be explained the purpose of the study and will be invited to participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent to accept. The data will be stored in the SPSS 2001 program; and it will be presented for analysis in graphs and / or tables
