Calidad de vida en pacientes con terapia de hemodiálisis del Centro Nefrológico del Norte, 2022

Abstract

Esta investigación surge ante la necesidad de poder estudiar a los pacientes con terapia de hemodiálisis el nivel de calidad de vida que tiene este tipo de población vulnerable, ya que está sujeto a modificaciones en sus hábitos, rutinas considerando ciertas limitaciones. Por ende, el objetivo general es Determinar el nivel de calidad de vida en pacientes con terapia de hemodiálisis del Centro Nefrológico del Norte, 2022. La metodología empleada es de tipo no experimental, descriptiva y de corte transversal. La población serán 74 usuarios del Centro Nefrológico del Norte y la muestra es de 63 participantes que cumplan con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se aplicará como instrumento de la encuesta en consideración al estudio realizado por “Kidney Disease and Quality of Life (KDQOL 36)”. Las dimensiones son las siguientes: “física, emocional, social, relaciones interpersonales y vacaciones – aficiones”. Asumiendo un total de 25 preguntas con 05 interrogantes para cada dimensión. El método del procedimiento hace referencia a ser sintético con análisis en los resultados. Plan de análisis estadístico se aplicará las pruebas descriptivas como frecuencias absolutas, frecuencias relativas y medidas de tendencia central.

This research arises from the need to be able to study the level of quality of life of patients with hemodialysis therapy that this type of vulnerable population has, since it is subject to changes in their habits, routines considering certain limitations. Therefore, the general objective is to determine the level of quality of life in patients with hemodialysis therapy at the Centro Nefrológico del Norte, 2022. The methodology used is non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional. The population will be 74 users of the North Nephrology Center and the sample is 63 participants who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. It will be applied as a survey instrument in consideration of the study carried out by "Kidney Disease and Quality of Life (KDQOL 36)". The dimensions are the following: “physical, emotional, social, interpersonal relations and vacations – hobbies”. Assuming a total of 25 questions with 05 questions for each dimension. The method of the procedure refers to being synthetic with analysis on the results. Statistical analysis plan descriptive tests such as absolute frequencies, relative frequencies and measures of central tendency will be applied.
