Factores asociados al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en mujeres atendidas en un centro de salud mental comunitario de Piura

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación busca Determinar los factoresasociados al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en personas de sexo femenino atendidas en un centro de salud mental comunitario en Piura, siendo 52 mujeres las que cumplieron el criterio de inclusión de las 84 mujeres atendidas.Dentro de los factores personales, las edades con mayor número de porcentajes fueron de 26 y 35 años (26,92%), seguidamente con los problemas de salud mental en el que mayor prevalece es el sufrimiento emocional 19.23%, seguidamente con depresión con 13.46%.Referente a los factores sociales del tipo de familia que provienen de familias disfuncionales (34.62%) del grupo de mujeres del estudio del consumo de SPS. con antecedente de violencia familiar (34.62%), dentro del grupo familiar que consume SPA el 30.76% indica tener familiares que consumen sustancias psicoactivas.Respecto al factor social el grupo de mujeres tienen amigos o conocidos que consumen S.P. A (28.85%). El consumo se realiza principalmente con amigos con un 17.31%, seguido por compañeros extraños y en menor medida con familiares, la mayoría consume en la calle (19.23%), y en fiestas (17.31%) lo que señala la normalización del consumo en ciertos entornos comunitarios. Las sustancias más consumidas son alcohol (34.61%), marihuana (23.08%), cocaína (23.08%) y tabaco (19.23%), con un riesgo de consumo alto (61.54%), moderado (25.0%) bajo (13.46%).

The objective of this research seeks to determine the factors associated with the use of psychoactive substances in women treated at a community mental health center in Piura. Of the 84 women treated, 52 women met the inclusion criteria.Within the personal factors, the ages with the highest number of percentages were 26 and 35 years (55.77%) marital status single (44.23%), followed by mental health problems in which emotional suffering is most prevalent 32.69%, followed by depression with 26.92%.Regarding the family factors of the type of family they come from, dysfunctional families (65.38%) are among the group of women in the SPS consumption study. With a history of domestic violence (88.46%), within the family group that uses SPA, 70.08% report having relatives who use psychoactive substances.Regarding the social factor, the group of women have friends or acquaintances who consume S.P. A (28.85%). Consumption is mainly done with friends (17.31%), followed by strangers and, to a lesser extent, with family members. The majority consume on the street (19.23%) and at parties (17.31%), which indicates the normalization of consumption in certain community settings. The most consumed substances are alcohol (34.61%), marijuana (23.08%), cocaine (23.08%), and tobacco (19.23%), with a high risk of consumption (61.54%), moderate (25.0%), and low (13.46%).
