Características de la capacitación y formación en servicio de docentes del nivel primaria según los resultados de la encuesta ENDO 2018 en instituciones educativas del departamento de Arequipa

Abstract

La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo general determinar las características que ha presentado la capacitación y formación en servicio, según la opinión de los docentes de nivel primaria de instituciones educativas del departamento de Arequipa registrados en la Encuesta Nacional a docentes (ENDO) 2018. Contó con tres objetivos específicos que pretenden identificar las características de cada una de las tres dimensiones: acciones formativas, acompañamiento pedagógico e intereses formativos. Cabe resaltar, que el aporte de esta investigación fue de carácter práctico, debido a que a partir de la determinación de los resultados se pudieron identificar los aspectos que destacaron y requieren ser reforzados en próximas versiones. Respecto a la metodología, fue una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo con un tipo de estudio descriptivo simple, de diseño no experimental - transversal. Asimismo, en lo que concierne al plan de recojo y análisis de datos, se consideró, con la finalidad de poder obtener información precisa, trabajar con los resultados de la encuesta ENDO del año 2018, de la cual se seleccionaron algunas preguntas pertenecientes al eje 600. Para el análisis de datos se empleó un programa estadístico y del Microsoft Office Excel en Windows 10. Del mismo modo, se presentaron los resultados mediante tablas y/o figuras. Finalmente, en lo que respecta a la conclusión en base al objetivo general de la investigación, según la opinión de los docentes del departamento de Arequipa, respecto a la capacitación y formación en servicio, las características que esta presenta es que a las que asistieron con mayor frecuencia fueron las que brindaba la UGEL, la cual financió gran parte de ellas. Asimismo, los docentes consideraron útil el acompañamiento pedagógico, sin embargo, no recibieron muchas visitas pedagógicas. En lo que concierne a sus intereses formativos, los docentes mostraron gran interés por recibir capacitaciones relacionadas a la planificación de procesos, y a diferencia de años anteriores, como parte de su desarrollo académico en los próximos cinco años, consideran las maestrías y doctorados tomando en cuenta también las pasantías.

The general objective of this thesis was to determine the characteristics of in-service training and education according to the opinion of primary school teachers from educational institutions in the department of Arequipa registered in the National Teacher Survey (ENDO) 2018. It had three specific objectives that sought to identify the characteristics of each of the three dimensions: training actions, pedagogical accompaniment and training interests; according to the opinion of primary level teachers of educational institutions in the department of Arequipa registered in the ENDO 2018 survey. It is worth highlighting, that the contribution of this research was of a practical nature, due to the fact that, from the determination of the results, it was possible to identify the aspects that stood out and those that need to be reinforced in future versions. Regarding the methodology, it was a quantitative approach research with a simple descriptive study type, with a non-experimental - transversal design. Likewise, regarding the data collection and analysis plan, it was considered that, in order to obtain accurate information, the results of the 2018 ENDO survey were used, from which some questions pertaining to axis 600 were selected. For data analysis, a statistical program and Microsoft Office Excel in Windows 10 were used, and the results were presented in tables and/or figures. Finally, with regard to the conclusion based on the general objective of the research, according to the opinion of the teachers in the department of Arequipa with respect to training and in-service training, the characteristics presented are that the training they attended most frequently were those provided by the UGEL, which financed a large part of the training they received; In terms of their training interests, teachers show great interest in receiving training related to process planning, and unlike in previous years, as part of their academic development in the next 5 years, they consider master's and doctoral degrees, taking into account internships.
