Plan de negocios de centro de terapia y rehabilitación pediátrico en trastornos del neurodesarrollo en Lima

Abstract

El presente estudio propone el desarrollo de un plan de negocios para la implementación de un centro de terapia y rehabilitación pediátrico especializado en la atención de niños con trastornos del neurodesarrollo en Lima, Perú. La creciente demanda de servicios especializados en integración sensorial, terapia ocupacional, terapia de lenguaje y psicología conductual, junto con la limitada oferta en el sector, evidencian la necesidad de un centro integral con un enfoque interdisciplinario basado en evidencia científica. El objetivo es garantizar una intervención temprana y eficaz que favorezca el desarrollo cognitivo, motor y socioemocional de los pacientes, promoviendo su inclusión escolar y social. El análisis de mercado revela un aumento significativo en el diagnóstico de trastorno del espectro autista (TEA) y trastorno por déficit de atención e hiperactividad (TDAH), lo que refuerza la viabilidad de la propuesta. Además, el proyecto contempla el uso de tecnologías innovadoras, como inteligencia artificial, para el seguimiento de pacientes, así como la capacitación continua del personal mediante alianzas estratégicas con instituciones académicas y centros de investigación. Se incluyen estrategias de marketing, análisis financiero y cumplimiento normativo para asegurar la sostenibilidad y rentabilidad del negocio. Este centro no solo cubrirá la brecha existente en la atención de niños con trastornos del neurodesarrollo, sino que también contribuirá a mejorar su calidad de vida y la de sus familias. Además, con relación a los indicadores económico/financieros que aseguran la presente propuesta esta el VAN financiero positivo, con una TIR financiera de20%; un beneficio/costo financiero mayor de 1 y un tiempo de retorno de la inversión de 4 años.

This study proposes the development of a business plan for the implementation of a pediatric therapy and rehabilitation center specialized in the care of children with neurodevelopmental disorders in Lima, Peru. The growing demand for specialized services in sensory integration, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behavioral psychology, combined with the limited supply in the sector, highlights the need for a comprehensive center with an interdisciplinary approach based on scientific evidence. The objective is to ensure early and effective intervention that supports the cognitive, motor, and socio-emotional development of patients, promoting their educational and social inclusion. Market analysis reveals a significant increase in the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), which reinforces the feasibility of this proposal. Additionally, the project includes the use of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence, for patient follow-up, as well as continuous staff training through strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research centers. Marketing strategies, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance are included to ensure the sustainability and profitability of the business. This center will not only address the existing gap in the care of children with neurodevelopmental disorders but also contribute to improving their quality of life and that of their families. Furthermore, regarding the economic and financial indicators that support this proposal, there is a financial NPV of positive, with a financial IRR of 20%; a financial benefit/cost greater than 1 and a return on investment period of 4 years.
