Intervenciones de enfermería en la prevención de la hipotermia del paciente quirúrgico Lima 2025

Abstract

La hipotermia perioperatoria representa una complicación postoperatoria en aumento, con efectos adversos significativos en el paciente quirúrgico por el cual el presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar las intervenciones de enfermería en la prevención de hipotermia en el paciente quirúrgico Lima 2025. La metodología será de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño descriptivo y de corte transversal. La muestra será censal de 30 enfermeras de centro quirúrgico, en cuanto a la técnica será la entrevista y el instrumento la lista de cotejo creado por la investigadora. Análisis de datos, serán codificados y procesados mediante el programa STATA versión15. Los resultados se darán a conocer mediante las estadísticas descriptivas a través de tablas y gráficos de frecuencia y el análisis inferencial mediante el KR-20.

Perioperative hypothermia represents an increasing post operative complication,with significant adverse effects in the surgical patient, for which the present research project aims to determine nursing interventions in the prevention of hypothermia in the surgical patient Lima 2025. The methodology will be quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional. The sample will be census of 30nurses from the surgical center, in terms of the technique it will be the interview and the instrument will be the check list created by the researcher. Data analysis will be coded and processed using the STATA version 15 program. The results will be announced through descriptive statistics through frequency tables and graphs and inferential analysis through the KR-20.
